Gosport BMX Club Event 12th March 2017

Following on from the Deep South Winter Series the first club race of the year saw a good turnout making for competitive racing with the usual friendly banter!

Owens Cycles sponsored rider getting airtime at Gosport BMX track

BMX racing is a type of off road bicycle racing. The format of BMX was derived from motocross racing. BMX bicycle races are sprint races on purpose build off road single lap race tracks.

The sport is very family oriented and largely participant-driven, with riders ranging in age from 2 to 70, and over!!
